1. Service Overview

QueueMadeEasy offers a digital platform that allows patients to book doctor appointments and track real-time consultation queues, helping reduce wait times at clinics and hospitals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, or be supervised by a parent/guardian if under 18. By using QueueMadeEasy, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when registering or booking an appointment.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login details.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not misuse or attempt to hack copy or disrupt the platform in any way.

4. Disclaimer: We Are Not a Healthcare Provider

QueueMadeEasy does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We only help connect you with registered medical professionals and assist with appointment scheduling and queue tracking. All medical-related decisions and services are provided solely by the healthcare providers you choose.

5. Appointments & Queue Tracking

  • Appointment availability and queue updates are subject to the schedules and confirmations of individual clinics/doctors.
  • While we aim to provide accurate real-time queue updates
  • delays or changes may occur beyond our control.
  • Please contact the clinic directly for any urgent or last-minute issues.

6. Fees & Payments

  • For Patients: QueueMadeEasy does not charge any fee to patients for booking appointments or using the queue tracking system. All consultation fees treatment charges or other medical expenses are to be settled directly with the healthcare provider. We do not handle or interfere in any such transactions.
  • For Doctors/Clinics: Healthcare providers are required to pay a subscription fee to access QueueMadeEasy’s features and services. This includes access to appointment management tools queue tracking clinic visibility and other platform utilities.
  • Subscription terms pricing and billing cycles will be communicated directly and will be governed as per the terms of the signed contract.
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or limited access to the platform.
  • QueueMadeEasy reserves the right to revise subscription pricing or features with prior notice.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal and medical information is handled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on QueueMadeEasy.com — including logos, graphics, text, icons, and software — is owned by us or our partners and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

QueueMadeEasy will not be held liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations in appointments.
  • Any damages resulting from using or being unable to use our platform.
  • The actions or negligence of any doctor clinic or healthcare provider.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
