QueueMadeEasy does not collect any fees from patients. Refunds are applicable only to doctors and clinics who have subscribed to our platform.

1. No Charges for Patients

QueueMadeEasy is free to use for patients. We do not collect or process any consultation or appointment fees on behalf of healthcare providers. All financial transactions between patients and doctors are independent of QueueMadeEasy. Therefore, we are not responsible for any refunds related to medical services.

2. Subscription Refunds (Doctors/Clinics)

Doctors or clinics who subscribe to QueueMadeEasy services are billed as per the agreed subscription plan and contract. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Trial Period: If a free or limited trial is offered, no charges apply until the end of the trial period. No refunds are applicable for usage during the trial.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billing is initiated, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Cancellation: Doctors/clinics may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the billing cycle.
  • Exceptional Cases: In rare cases such as duplicate billing or platform-level service failure, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@queuemadeeasy.com with the following details:

  • Registered clinic/doctor name
  • Subscription plan and billing period
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation or screenshots

Our support team will review the request and respond within 5 working days.
